Payment Terms

These Payment Terms explain how purchases on Amorono work. They supplement our Terms and Conditions of Use, Subscription Terms, and Money-Back Policy.

1. Products and prices

Amorono offers a paid subscription to the Amorono Loyalty Scan Report — a personalized relationship report and related guidance built from your quiz answers, available in more than one package as shown on the payment screen. The subscription begins at the introductory rate shown at checkout, after which it renews at the regular rate for the period selected. We may also offer one-time purchases of additional guidance material, such as additional reports. The price, the trial length and rate where one is offered, the billing frequency, and what is included are all shown to you on the payment screen before you complete a purchase, and the amounts shown there are the ones that apply. Prices may be shown in different currencies and may include or exclude applicable taxes, as indicated at checkout.

2. Payment processing

Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider, Stripe, through its secure hosted checkout. We do not collect or store your full payment card details. By completing a purchase, you authorize us (via Stripe) to charge the applicable fees to the payment method you provide.

3. Subscriptions and renewals

For a subscription, you are charged on a recurring basis for the period you select, and the subscription renews automatically until cancelled. Auto-renewal, trials, cancellation, and pricing changes are governed by our Subscription Terms.

4. Taxes

You are responsible for any taxes associated with your purchase that are not collected by us or our payment provider. Where we are required to collect taxes (such as VAT), they will be shown at checkout.

5. Refunds

Refund eligibility is described in our Money-Back Policy and in our Terms and Conditions of Use.

6. Failed or disputed payments

If a payment fails, is reversed, or is charged back, we may suspend or revoke access to the affected products until the matter is resolved.
